• Displays # of tests taken for Standard, Metric and/or Dual Rate Meters
• Displays # of tests taken for Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced levels for Analog Meters
• Displays # of registered users in the company who can take practices or tests

4-Dials Practice Page - Beginner Level

• Count down timer for practices shown on the right-hand corner
• Current question number and total number of questions shown on the bottom left

☞In practice mode, if incorrect meter reading is entered, system will display the correct reading, allowing the meter reader to learn and increase the accuracy and efficiency of meter reading

☞When the user is comfortable with one level, the user can progress to the next level (applicable to Analog dials)

☞Unlimited practices until the desired meter reading accuracy is achieved

5-Dials Practice Page - Intermediate Level

User Level Options

• Over-rides options set at the Company Level

☞Allows the manager to customize options at the user level for specific users

☞If, for instance, for new hires, Intermediate and Advanced Levels can be disabled until the new hires are comfortable with the beginner level while the same options are available to experienced staff

Score Cards

• Scorecard generated at the end of practices and tests
• Historical scorecards for practices and tests are stored
• Copy of the scorecard sent to managers/administrators if specified
• Scorecard displays correct and incorrect answers
• Scorecard displays time taken to answer each question

Assign Tests

• Assign tests to staff with or without due dates
• Review status of test asssignment on Company Dashboard
• Send a reminder for upcoming and overdue test asssignments
