Client Profile

Client Profiles can be set-up once Company Setup is completed.

Access the Create Client Page by clicking on the Client menu and select Create Client.

The Create client Page has multiple tabs: Client Profile, Meters Profile, Routes, Transaction Types and Performance/Penalties. Only the Client Profile Tab will be active until the Client Profile Information is saved to the database.

Mandatory fields are noted with a *

Client start date and end dates are required. The system will not allow any transactions to be logged before the start date and after the end date. The start date and end dates usually align to the meter reading contract start and end dates.

Client active check box is defaulted to 'active'. The system will not allow any more transactions to be logged if a client is marked inactive.

Ensure that the address information is fully filled out, as this information is used in invoices and reports.

Click the Save Client Profile Button to save the information. The system will check to ensure all the mandatory fields are completed. Once the information is saved successfully, the other tabs will become enabled and the page header will change from 'Create Client' to 'Update Client'.

Make any updates to Client Profile information and use the Save Client Profile button to save the updated information.
