This page is used for generating invoices for transactions that have been entered.

The Invoice page can be accessed via Client Menu, then Select Invoice

Before an invoice can be generated, the user must search for the client and the date for which the transaction was previous logged.

Invoices generated for open transactions will be considered and noted as draft.

Click the Invoice button to generate the invoice.

The invoice amounts are based on the transactions that have been entered and the specific bill rate per meter read minus any penalties.

Please note the invoices do not include any taxes. For billing to clients, please ensure the applicable tax amount is added as per the country/province tax rate.
