Client Routes

The Client Routes Tab will display all routes applicable to the client.

Once the Client Profile has been completed and saved, the Meters Profile Tab, the Routes Tab, Transaction Type Tab and Skip Codes/Penalty Tab now are enabled. If the tabs are not enabled, it means the client information has not yet been saved.

For each client, there are meter routes containing certain number of meters to be read and the associated cycle. For example, Section 1 of a monthly billing cycle may consist of books 01 through 21. Each book may contain an average of 150 to 250 accounts. Reading of meters for Section 1 may begin on the 1st of each month. The meter readers are given 5 working days to complete all meter readings in Section 1. All readings must be completed by the end of the 5th working day. Section 2 of the monthly billing cycle may consist of books 40 through 57 with 300 accounts.

This type of information can be entered and tracked in this tab.
