Once the required data has been entered, the Validation check can be run to verify if all required data has entered before any transactions can be logged.
The validation process checks if all the required data has been entered.
The validation check process can be initiated from the Client Menu, then click Validate Client Data. Then Select the Client for whom you want the validation checks to be run.
A green check mark will be shown if that specific set of information has been entered.
A yellow caution   will be shown for optional data if the optional data is missing .
A red X   will be shown for mandatory data that is missing. Transactions cannot be logged if mandatory data is missing.
