Company Setup

The company set-up is usually completed once.

Upon first login to MeterSource, you will see the Company Set-up Web Page for your Company/Organization.

The right side of the Company Setup web page shows the Company Licensing Details - license key activation status, subscription end date, version and maximum number of users allowed. Left side of the web page shows the company details. Some of this information will be pre-entered by the MeterSource support team.

Ensure all fields are filled out on the Company Setup screen. The invoice generation function uses the address populated here; hence the address, city, postal code, province and country must be filled out for the right address to appear in the invoice or on any reports.

Once the subscription end date is reached, the system will not allow any further activity. A renewal must be place before the subscription end date.

Click Save to save the company details. A message will appear that the save was successful if the updates were successful.

The following information is mandatory - Company Name (pre-populated by MeterByte), Steet, City, Postal Code, Phone number and email domain.

Once the Company info is saved, clicking User Setup will take you to the Admin and Users Page. The Admin/Users web page is discussed later in the documentation.

To access the Company Setup page again, click on Company menu and select Company Setup from the submenu.

You need to be logged in to order to access any pages within the MeterSource System.
