Once a transaction has been logged and saved, one or more staff (ie meter reader) can be assigned to the transaction.
The Log transaction page can be accessed via Client Menu, then Select Log Transactions
Mandatory fields are noted with a *
Then search for the transaction by client name, start date and end date.
Once a transaction is found for the client, start date and end date, click the 3 dots to see pop-up menu. Select Staff. The transaction staff page will be shown.
Note, at the top of the transaction staff page, the client name, transaction date, Area, Cycle, Book and Status will be shown.
If users were initially set-up for the client, they will appear in the available users section of the page. If there are no users available and none of being assigned, it means no users (i.e meter readers) have been set-up. Refer to User Setup section of the documentation to add users.
To add a staff to a transaction, Click the   button to assign a staff to the transaction. The user will then be assigned to the transaction and will be shown in the assigned user section.
To remove a staff from the transaction ,click the   button to remove the staff from the transaction.
The transaction status must be open for any staff assignment to the transaction. If the transaction was previous closed, no changes will be permitted and the page will only display the information that was saved in read-only mode.
