Once a transaction has been logged and saved, skip codes can be assigned to the transaction if any meters were skipped during the meter reading cycle transaction date.
The Log transaction page can be accessed via Client Menu, then Select Log Transactions
Mandatory fields are noted with a *
Then search for the transaction by client name, start date and end date.
Once a transaction is found for the client, start date and end date, click the 3 dots to see pop-up menu. Select Skip Codes. The transaction skip codes page will be shown.
Note, at the top of the transaction skip codes page, the client's name, transaction date, Area, Cycle, Book and Status will be shown.
If Skip codes were initially set-up for the client, they will appear in the available skip codes section of the page.
To assign a skip code to the transaction, Click the   button to add a new skip code. The skip code will then be assigned to the transaction and will be shown in the assigned skip code section.
The skip code that is assigned to the transaction may require a comment to be added. If the transaction requires a comment to be added, a message will be shown that a comment is required.
To add a comment to the assigned transaction skip code, click on the 3 dots and select Edit Comments A pop up dialog will be shown. Enter the comments and click save changes.
To remove a skip code from the transaction ,click the   button to delete the skip code from the transaction.
The transaction status must be open for any skip code assignment or for any edits or deletes. If the transaction was previous closed, no changes will be permitted and the page will only display the information that was saved.
